Description
Ngonye River Camp is a really well thought out place. The location is perfect as it lies overlooking the river. In low water, there is a huge sandbank of some of the finest sand and cooking a braai on the beach and then sitting by a log fire looking over the water and moonlit bush is remarkable experience. The accommodation is also great – lovely tented chalets with beds, wooden floors, flushing toilets and hot water gives as much comfort as required. There is also a cheaper campsite, also has hot water and idyllic views of the river.
